For Green Spout...
I have to post one more thing for my good blog buddy, Green Spout, who has just taken up kickboxing with a passion!!!! I just wanted to share this picture of my Aunt who was the North American FFKA Boxing Champ in 1995!!! Her abs are spilling over her shorts!!! She's an inspiration!!!

Yeah, even though she doesn't box anymore, she still runs marathons at age 56! She such an inspiration...

Would love one day to be able to compete. Haven't quite set my aspirations as high as champion of anything just yet but being competant enough to compete would be fantastic! Also really want to get fit and strong and get all crazy lean like that. There is a girl in the boxing classes that can actually go through multiple sets of 50 pushups on her toes and can do chinups etc. So much in awe! Would like to be that fit too!!
